Theme and story
Pharaoh's Vault takes you past the sealed doors of a forgotten tomb in the Valley of the Kings. Torchlight flickers over hieroglyph-carved walls, sand trickles from the ceiling, and at the heart of the chamber waits the Vault book, said to hold the pharaoh's treasure. We gave the classic Egyptian theme a darker, more archaeological feel, with carved stone reels and a low, droning score.
How the base game plays
The game uses a 5x3 grid with ten fixed paylines. The Pharaoh is the top symbol, followed by the Golden Mask and the Scarab, while the Anubis Statue, Ankh and royals pay less. The Vault book is both wild and scatter: it substitutes for any symbol on a payline and also pays anywhere on the grid when two or more land.
Expanding symbol free spins
Three or more Vault books award ten free spins. Before the first spin, the book opens and picks one random symbol to be the expanding symbol for the whole round. Whenever that symbol lands on enough reels to form a win, it expands to cover every position on those reels and pays on all ten lines, even if the reels are not adjacent.

The theoretical return to player is 96.3%. This is a high-volatility game with a hit frequency of about one in 4.6 spins, so expect plenty of quiet stretches.
