Theme and story
Neon Reef takes place after dark on an outer reef, when the coral starts to glow and the night creatures come out to feed. Our illustrators worked from footage of real bioluminescent plankton to build a palette of electric teal and magenta, and the ambient score was recorded with a hydrophone layered under soft synths. It is a calm, hypnotic world – until the cascades start rolling.
How the base game plays
Instead of paylines, Neon Reef uses cluster pays on a 6x5 grid. Connect five or more matching symbols horizontally or vertically and they pay, then vanish. New symbols drop in from above, and the cascade continues until no new clusters form. The Manta Ray, Sea Turtle and Clownfish are the premium symbols; Seahorse, Starfish, Pearl, Shell and Coral make up the rest. A Jellyfish wild can drift into any position and joins any cluster it touches.
Glow spots and free spins
Every winning symbol leaves its grid position glowing. If a second win lands on the same spot, that spot becomes a 2x multiplier, and each further win doubles it up to 128x. Multipliers on the same cluster are added together. In the base game the spots reset after each spin. Land three or more Pearl Oyster scatters and you receive ten free spins in which the glow spots never reset, so the reef can turn into a grid of stacked multipliers by the final spins.

Neon Reef returns a theoretical 96.1% over the long run. Medium volatility means the game balances frequent small cascades with occasional big chains – wins land about once in every 3.1 spins.
