Technology & certification

The engine, maths and testing process behind every SlotOnline Studio game.

Our HTML5 game engine

Every SlotOnline Studio title runs on our own HTML5 engine, written in TypeScript and rendered with WebGL (with a Canvas fallback for older devices). Owning the engine lets us control the details that matter in a slot online game: frame pacing, load size, battery use and how a game behaves when a connection drops mid-spin.

  • Mobile-first layouts – native portrait and landscape modes, one-thumb controls and dynamic scaling from 320 px phones to 4K monitors.
  • Lean downloads – initial payload under 1.5 MB with progressive asset streaming, so the first spin is available in seconds.
  • Accessibility – colour-blind-safe symbol sets, scalable text, reduced-motion mode and screen-reader labels on all controls.
  • Localisation – 12 languages, right-to-left support and locale-aware currency formatting.

Random number generation

Game outcomes are never decided in the browser. Each spin result comes from a server-side random number generator built on a cryptographically secure algorithm, with uniform scaling to avoid modulo bias. The client only displays the result. Read more in how slot online games work.

Game mathematics & simulation

Our math team defines reel strips, pay tables and feature logic for each game, then verifies the model in two independent ways: an exact or combinatorial calculation where possible, and a large-scale simulation of at least ten billion spins. Both must agree on RTP, hit frequency and feature frequency within tight tolerances before a game moves to production. We document the full model for every RTP variant we offer. See inside our math model.

Testing & certification process

Before a game can be offered in a regulated market, its RNG and game maths must be evaluated by an independent accredited testing laboratory against that market's technical standards. Our compliance team prepares the submission package for each target market, including source code, math documentation, RTP variants and game rules, and only releases a title to operators in markets where the required approval is in place. For an overview of how this works, read RNG testing and certification explained.

Integration for operators

Partners connect through a single integration layer: game launch, seamless wallet, round history, free-round campaigns and reporting. Every partner gets a dedicated test environment and demo URLs. Details are on our Partners page.

Security & privacy

  • TLS everywhere, signed requests between game client and server.
  • Game rounds are idempotent and recoverable after disconnection.
  • Minimal data collection; see our Privacy Policy.

Responsible gaming in the engine

Reality-check pop-ups, session timers, net-position display and a minimum spin duration are engine features that operators can configure per market. We do not use misleading near-miss animations or celebrate wins smaller than the stake. Learn more on Responsible Gaming.
